• Stated income small commercial loans $100,000-$3,000,000 80% up to $2 million and 70% up to $3 million
• Small Business/ Owner Occupied loans $100,000-$5,000,000 up to 90% on Purchases (full documentation) and stated up to $3,000,000
• Small commercial loans full documentation $100,000-$10,000,000
• Large commercial loans $10,000,000-$50,000,000

Loan Submission

The following items are needed to get your loan pre-approved:

• 1003 and Credit Authorization (All members with 10% or more interest in property)
• Current Rent Roll ( Must include square footage of all commercial space)
• Most recent year end income and expenses
